Dr. Gauri Puri is the Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Vee Healthtek, responsible for end-to-end delivery across all geographies. In this role, she leads quality, workforce management, transitions, solutions, and technology enablement, ensuring consistent execution, scalable operations, and measurable transformation for clients. With a delivery-first mindset and a strong bias for outcomes, she partners with leaders across the company to elevate performance, strengthen governance, and accelerate innovation across the revenue cycle value chain. She champions a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and data-driven accountability.
Dr. Gauri brings over 30 years of versatile leadership experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, and BFSI. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team at WNS, she spearheaded talent management and acquisition for three core business lines for nearly two decades. She subsequently became the Transformation Leader for the BFSIHC vertical, driving enterprise change programs and operational excellence. She later led the Healthcare & Life Sciences business unit, owning strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, and most recently served as Chief Business Officer for WNS Health & Life Sciences, overseeing the payer, provider, and life sciences portfolios.
Prior to WNS, Dr. Gauri worked at Genpact, building expertise at the intersection of data, analytics, and operations. Early in her career, she practiced as a dental surgeon, an experience that anchors her client empathy and clinical perspective. This unique blend of clinical expertise, operational insight, and business acumen helps her translate strategy into durable, on-the-ground results.
Dr. Puri earned her Ph.D. from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
