Matthew Michaels, Chief Executive Officer, is a highly accomplished executive with more than two decades of experience in healthcare. With a background in managing large-scale operations and ensuring operational efficiencies, Matt possesses a unique ability to drive substantial financial performance improvements for healthcare organizations. His strong analytical skills and strategic thinking have been integral to his success in providing value to Vee Healthtek’s clients.
Prior to joining Vee Healthtek, Matt held significant leadership roles in several major business process outsourcing firms. His most recent position was Senior Vice President, Physician Revenue Cycle Management at Optum/Change Healthcare. In this role, he ensured improved financial outcomes for providers. Before Change Healthcare, Matt worked at Accenture as a Managing Director, where he was responsible for the Southwest region provider business. Earlier in his career, Matt served as President of Hospital Revenue Cycle Management at Conifer Health Solutions, managing the $1.4-billion-revenue company and its 13,000 employees, more than 40 client contracts, and 200 hospital clients. He also led the 18-month transition of Tenet Patient Access operations to Conifer, which included acquiring a $100 million revenue base.
Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and from NYU’s Stern School of Business with an MBA specializing in finance and operations.
Muralidhar is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Vee Healthtek. In this position, he is responsible for steering the wheel of the Operations and Service Delivery at Salem, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Philippines, and the USA. He cultivates the company's Strategy and Consulting Services, Healthcare, Product Engineering/AEC Services & Solutions, IT Services, Logistics, Media, Finance and Accounting Services, Legal Process Outsourcing, and e-Governance.
His expertise and knowledge have led to great growth in revenue, better resources planning, improved analytics for operational metrics, and enhanced business transformation goals of Vee Healthtek.
He supports global operations and service delivery in a transparent and comprehensive way. He leads the Operations and Support teams to overcome obstacles to ensure that the teams produce the best results possible. Murali is also responsible for introducing new technologies, automating processes to boost employee efficiency, and ensuring high-quality outputs.
As Vee Healthtek’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chandra Sahal oversees the company’s financial strategy to ensure long-term fiscal health and sustainable growth. He plays a critical role in optimizing cost structures, ensuring stability, and enhancing profitability. His hands-on experience establishing new operations and leading global teams has driven high-margin expansion and improved cash flows. By leveraging his extensive background in corporate finance, risk management, and financial planning, Chandra formulates and executes strategies that boost organizational efficiency.
Chandra’s leadership experience in a variety of industries allows him to identify new opportunities and achieve remarkable organizational success. Before joining Vee Healthtek, Chandra was the CFO of Excelra Knowledge Solutions, a data analytics and informatics firm. Prior to Excelra Knowledge Solutions, he served as Head of Finance at GOAT Brand Labs and Head of Finance at Wipro, Bangalore. By integrating diverse perspectives and innovative approaches, Chandra has enabled Vee Healthtek to adapt quickly and effectively to a rapidly evolving healthcare market.
Chandra is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India.
Muthu Krishnan is the Chief Digital Technology Officer at Vee Healthtek. His multifaceted role involves driving digital transformation through enterprise technology, software development, and innovation. As CDTO, Muthu is responsible for aligning technology strategies with the needs of our clients and operations teams. He also provides critical guidance in creating highly secure, scalable products that exceed expectations and deliver superior value. With a passion for continuous organizational improvement, Muthu enhances efficiency across all facets of the company.
Muthu joined Vee Healthtek with vast experience in the healthcare and IT industries, which allows him to integrate technology, business, and operations. He previously served as Chief Digital Transformation Officer at IKS Health and Chief Technology Officer at Whitespace Health and Conifer Health. Prior to IKS Health, Muthu held leadership roles at Integra Connect, athenahealth, and CollabNet. He also founded Tata Health in India, a health technology company, as CEO and CTO. These roles have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge in healthcare business process technology and strategic management.
Muthu is passionate about access to healthcare. He currently serves as an advisor (and former trustee) to Ekam International and the Ekam Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on reducing infant and maternal mortality rates.
Muthu earned his Ph.D in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas, specializing in geometry and mathematics. He also holds a master’s degree from Portland State University and a bachelor’s degree from PSG College of Technology in India.

With in-depth experience in revenue cycle management operations, client services, and product management, she is passionate about building customer-centric, data-driven solutions that accelerate growth.
Michelle’s 25 years in the healthcare industry have uniquely positioned her to drive strategic innovation and foster operational excellence. Prior to joining Vee Healthtek, she served as Sr. Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management at Med-Metrix. There, she established new processes for product development that promoted long-lasting client relationships. Before working at Med-Metrix, she was Vice President, AR Operations at Conifer Health Solutions, where she led a 2,000-person team in AR collections and denial management. Also at Conifer Health Solutions, she developed advanced revenue cycle management solutions as Vice President, Product Line Management. These executive positions have provided her with extensive expertise in healthcare business process technology.
Michelle attended Georgia Southern University, where she studied sociology. She has been a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association since 2012.

With a comprehensive background in the healthcare sector, Craig has proven highly proficient in healthcare IT operations management and client engagement and success. Prior to joining Vee Healthtek, he was Chief Executive Officer at Fellscreek Group LLC, a consulting, innovation, and strategy firm. Before this, he served as Enterprise Vice President at R1 RCM, where he led initiatives to enhance healthcare provider’s revenue cycle operations and drive financial performance improvements. Earlier, Craig worked as Regional Vice President at Conifer Health Solutions, developing partnerships with eastern and northeastern health systems. Leveraging this deep industry experience at Vee Healthtek, he works closely with healthcare organizations to evaluate service delivery, ensure quality, and cultivate robust and outcome-focused client relationships.

Audrey Cushing is the Chief of Staff at Vee Healthtek, where she plays a critical role in supporting the CEO and the executive leadership team. She has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully managing complex projects for Fortune 500 companies. Audrey is highly skilled at bridging organizational strategies with operational execution to drive results.
A recognized transformation leader, Audrey serves on the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals’ (IAOP) Supplier Governance and Healthcare Centers of Excellence (COE) leadership teams. In 2022, she was named IAOP's Member of the Year. She holds master’s degrees in organizational psychology and counseling from the University of Hartford, Connecticut, and is a Board-Certified Executive Coach.
With extensive experience in healthcare administration, Audrey has led interdisciplinary teams focused on quality improvement initiatives, significantly enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction. She has also held senior leadership roles at global health services companies, including Cigna, where she spearheaded the development and alignment of transformational procurement and sourcing strategies. Since joining Vee Healthtek in 2019, Audrey has continued to bring her passion for healthcare and operational excellence to drive impactful initiatives across the organization.
As Chief Business and Strategy Officer, Dr. Gauri Puri plays a pivotal role in driving growth and development in the payer and provider segments. Her ability to spearhead transformative initiatives and cutting-edge operational processes allows her to identify bottlenecks and deliver impactful results to clients. This unique skillset has enabled her to expand Vee Healthtek’s market potential to unlock new revenue opportunities across its portfolio. Gauri brings a history of versatile leadership to Vee Healthtek’s clients with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare, life sciences, and BFSI sectors. As part of the Executive Leadership Team at WNS, she spearheaded talent management and acquisition for three core business lines at WNS for nearly two decades. She then transitioned to become the Transformation Leader for the BFSIHC vertical. Later, she led the healthcare and life sciences business unit, taking charge of strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. Most recently, she served as Chief Business Officer for WNS Health & Life Sciences, overseeing the payer, provider, and life sciences portfolios. Before WNS, she worked at Genpact, a data and analytics firm. Early in her career, she worked as a dental surgeon. This diverse range of experience has equipped Dr. Gauri with a combination of clinical expertise, operational insight, and business acumen.
Gauri earned her Ph.D. from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi.
Jeff is the Senior Vice President of Client Services at Vee Healthtek. His ability to expand the company's client base through long-lasting relationships brings Vee Healthtek ahead of the curve.
His experience ranges from large multinational enterprises to start-up companies, including sales leadership positions at Convergys Corporation and Fujitsu. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for implementing successful sales strategies that have netted millions of dollars for some of the world's most successful advisory, consulting, and technology companies.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Political Science from the University of Colorado and his Master’s in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. Jeff Shelmire joined Vee Healthtek in 2010.
As Senior Vice President, New Client Growth at Vee Healthtek, Clark Conley forges new strategic relationships with health systems, payers, and providers across the healthcare continuum. His career has been defined by a strong commitment to helping healthcare providers implement cost-effective revenue cycle strategies that drive improved patient experiences and better financial outcomes.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, Clark has held senior leadership roles in some of the industry’s largest technology-enabled solutions companies. Prior to joining Vee Healthtek, he served as Senior Vice President at Savista, a revenue cycle management services provider. In this role, he optimized operational performance, enhanced client engagement, and expanded Savista’s offerings. Before this, at GetixHealth, he led the development of client-centric go-to-market strategies to streamline critical workflows. Earlier, as Region Vice President, Enterprise Sales at Waystar, a cloud-based revenue cycle technology firm, he worked closely with clients to identify revenue cycle inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Clark’s deep industry expertise allows him to connect client to technology-enabled solutions that foster sustained growth and strengthened financial performance.
Clark earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, where he studied critical theory communications. He is a long-standing member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), in addition to several other leading industry associations.
Roopesh Shetty, Vice President of Client Operations, is committed to driving client success at Vee Healthtek. With over 20 years of experience in RCM services for some of the most reputable academic, community hospitals, and physician groups, he oversees the entire client journey, from onboarding to ongoing account management.
Roopesh also leads Client Solutions, which is responsible for identifying, assessing, and designing solutions to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support. His strategic approach and deep industry knowledge enable him to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver innovative solutions.
Roopesh holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
