Valliappa will be formally inducted at the organization’s annual Outsourcing World Summit on May 21 in Chicago.

The selection process, overseen by IAOP’s Advocacy and Outreach Committee, involves a thorough application and evaluation process. Winners join an elite group of visionaries who have shaped the industry, inspiring future generations to embrace best practices in outsourcing.

His organization, Anadhanam, is dedicated to addressing hunger by redistributing surplus food to those in need. Other initiatives headed by Valliappa in India include donating toys to children in orphanages, bringing food and clothing to senior citizens’ homes, planting trees and cleaning waterways, hosting free medical pop-ups, and granting scholarships to deserving students from remote villages. In the United States, Vee Healthtek also makes a tangible impact. The company supplies hygiene products to local homeless shelters, provides employees with annual paid volunteer time off, and matches donations to nonprofits.
